Meals: Breakfast is included within room rate. Lunch, dinner and snacks are available at affordable prices through caterers on-site.

A small outdoor gaming area includes a pool and TT table.  A garden section and football ground is situated on the far side of the pool. The rest of the property includes long picturesque tree-lined walkways across the 4 acre estate.  A tall lookout tower is located at one end of the property, offering great views of the overall property and walkways. A tie-up with a local business venture allows us to offer boating and water sport facilities for an additional fee on request.

The Traders cottage is exclusive & located in a corner of the property with its own walking path & private garden in front. At the side & back is an entire Eco sensitive forest land 50 acres with a creek flowing by. The cottage has a back Veranda facing this forest land from where sun rise can be seen.

The cottage is a single unit wch has 1 double bed & 1 sofa cum bed. Also has a bath tub open to sky & ceramic coated bathroom. The cottage has its own fridge & standard size TV.

Wi-Fi connectivity is good at front veranda & on the tower. You can bring your dongle as well.

Family cottage details:

This a farm house type , standalone cottage at one corner of the property built on a raised platform. It is ideal for a group booking and offers a certain amount of privacy to the guests. Vehicles can be driven and parked right at the cottage if required.

The cottage itself consists 3 split ACs, Fridge , TV,  &  *3 bedrooms,  2 bathrooms* and a big veranda & small sitting room which surrounds the cottage on 3 sides.

Two bedrooms are connected to a single bathroom while one room has its own attached bathroom.

From the cottage one gets a nice view of the surrounding estate and plantations.

Room No.2a  2b are  2 interconnecting  rooms meant for a family group . There 2 doors which can be closed or kept open for the interconnecting rooms . Each room has its own separate entrance split ac n attached bathrooms . Both rooms are similar with 2b being marginally smaller while 2a is opening on main veranda  & 2b on the side entrance. Both rooms are independent but can be used as one big room by opening the interconnecting doors.

There is 1 double bed & 1 single bed in each room.
